A Kaiser Delivery

The Kaiser maternity nurses were so happy to receive 148 general baby hats,

33 premie hats, 3 sweater sets and 13 headbands on 5/13/23.

PS we also gave John Muir radiation department 30 adult hats on the same day. 

Hats off to Janet

 Many thanks to Janet for her contributions to our charity knitting. Even though she doesn’t belong to either knitting group she still donates beautiful knitted baby hats, and headbands  both for premies and general newborns. Thank you, Janet!! The recipients are so appreciative!!

 

 The Kaiser nurses were delighted to receive 165 baby hats and 3 sweaters from us on 4/15/23. We definitely made their day and the new parents’ day too!!

St Patrick's and more

 

We delivered 92 general baby hats, 5 more St. Patrick’s Day hats, 8 head bands, and 12 chemo hats to Kaiser, WC on 3/17/23. The nurses were thrilled to receive all the donations.

A Busy Week

 

We just donated 4 blankets and 

15 hats to John Muir Radiation Department on 3/4 and 12 hats and 5 blankets to low income seniors living in an assisted living facility.

On 3/5/23, we donated 15 St.Patrick’s Day themed hats and two sweaters plus 115 general baby hats and one general sweater to some very happy Kaiser nurses. They wanted me to make sure that all of the donors were thanked!!

Emergency Call From Kaiser NICU

 

Kaiser Walnut Creek NICU department was in dire need of premie hats so thanks to both knitting groups, we supplied 65 to them on 2/25/23. They were grateful to receive them!

 

Kaiser Delivery and more

 

An early Valentine’s Day Kaiser hat delivery was made on February 4, 2023 to some very happy nurses. We donated 72 valentines themed baby hats, 4 adult hats that matched maybe for Mom and baby, 95 general hats, 2 Valentine sweater sets and 3 general sweater hats.

 

In addition, we delivered 50 more hats to Ukraine!
