We delivered 170 baby hats and 4 sweater sets to Kaiser maternity on July 22, 2023. Coincidentally the minute I walked in the ward, one nurse came up and hugged me and said they were just talking about us and how nice it was to knit all these great hats/sweaters!! They only had 3 left from the last delivery! Always good to know how much they appreciate us!

4th of July Delivery

 

We delivered 150 general baby hats, 8 headbands, 3 sweater sets, 30 4th of July hats and 2 4th of July sweater sets to some very happy nurses at Kaiser on June 30th. They were so appreciative of all of our wonderful donations.

A Kaiser Delivery

The Kaiser maternity nurses were so happy to receive 148 general baby hats,

33 premie hats, 3 sweater sets and 13 headbands on 5/13/23.

PS we also gave John Muir radiation department 30 adult hats on the same day.

 Many thanks to Janet for her contributions to our charity knitting. Even though she doesn’t belong to either knitting group she still donates beautiful knitted baby hats, and headbands  both for premies and general newborns. Thank you, Janet!! The recipients are so appreciative!!

 

 The Kaiser nurses were delighted to receive 165 baby hats and 3 sweaters from us on 4/15/23. We definitely made their day and the new parents’ day too!!

St Patrick's and more

 

We delivered 92 general baby hats, 5 more St. Patrick’s Day hats, 8 head bands, and 12 chemo hats to Kaiser, WC on 3/17/23. The nurses were thrilled to receive all the donations.

A Busy Week

 

We just donated 4 blankets and 

15 hats to John Muir Radiation Department on 3/4 and 12 hats and 5 blankets to low income seniors living in an assisted living facility.

On 3/5/23, we donated 15 St.Patrick’s Day themed hats and two sweaters plus 115 general baby hats and one general sweater to some very happy Kaiser nurses. They wanted me to make sure that all of the donors were thanked!!
